1. What types of towels does OvelleWeave offer? We offer a wide range of premium towels, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your towels are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your towels soft and highly absorbent? Yes! Our towels are made with premium long-staple cotton and high GSM (grams per square meter) for plush softness and excellent water absorption. They become even softer after the first few washes while maintaining durability.

7. How do I care for my towels?

  • Wash separately before first use
  • Machine wash cold or warm with like colors
  • Avoid fabric softeners and bleach for best longevity
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
